General information¶

The Highly Efficient FFT for Exascale (HeFFTe) library delivers algorithms for distributed fast-Fourier transforms in on a heterogeneous systems, targeting the upcoming exascale machines. For more information see the HeFFTe homepage.

How to use¶

You can check available HeFFTe modules using

ml spider heffte

For example, load the module for the HeFFTe library version 2.4.0 built with

ml PDC/<version>
ml heffte/2.4.0-cpeGNU-23.12-gpu

To see what environment variables are set when loading the module

ml show heffte/2.4.0-cpeGNU-23.12-gpu
